Yes, all guests must present a valid passport or ID (ID only for EU citizens).

Yes, each guest is required to pay a €5 cash deposit for the room key at check-in.

The deposit ensures respect for the rules and proper check-out. Losing the key or wristband will result in a €5 replacement fee.

Minors traveling without an adult must present a Parental Consent Form (available upon request at info@madamahostel.com) and a copy of the signing parent’s ID. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

At Madama Hostel & Bistrot, we strive to create a warm and inclusive environment. We understand that every guest has different needs, especially regarding noise. We kindly ask everyone to be respectful and quiet, especially in common areas, dorms, and hallways.

All dormitory beds are reserved for travelers aged 18 to 45. If you are 46 or older and prefer more privacy, we recommend booking a private room or a smaller dorm.

Unfortunately, we don’t have on-site parking.
You can park along Via Benaco, right outside the hostel. Use the EasyPark app to pay. Please note: street cleaning is scheduled between Wednesday and Thursday, so check the signs — nearby streets are usually unaffected. Alternatively, there’s a secure parking lot nearby: Quick Lodi Milano, bookable online at quickparking.it.
